Monstera adansonii - 8" HB
Monstera adansonii, commonly known as Adanson's Monstera or the Swiss Cheese Plant, is a popular tropical houseplant famous for its heart-shaped leaves dotted with natural, oval-shaped holes. Native to Central and South America, this resilient, fast-growing vining plant is an excellent, low-maintenance choice for both beginners and seasoned plant collectors.
Plant Care Guide
Light: Thrives in bright, indirect sunlight. Direct, harsh sun will scorch and burn the leaves, while too little light will cause the plant to become leggy.
Water: Keep the soil consistently moist but avoid letting the plant sit in stagnant water. A good rule of thumb is to water thoroughly when the top two inches of soil feel dry to the touch.
Soil & Fertilizer: Use a well-draining, peat-based potting mix. Feed with a balanced liquid houseplant fertilizer once a month during the spring and summer growing seasons.Humidity: Enjoys average to high humidity but can adapt well to standard indoor environments.
